Clinical hypnotherapy training with The Optimum Health Clinic, London, UK.   The Optimum Health Clinic is an award winning (CAM Magazine “Outstanding Practice Award”) integrative medicine clinic specialising in ME/CFS.

Supervision

As best practice psychotherapists are required to receive regular supervision with appropriately qualified supervisors and as a requirement for accreditation with the BABCP. I receive supervision with Helen Kennerley, prior Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Director at the nationally renowned OCTC and author of the book Overcoming Anxiety and Overcoming Childhood Trauma from the popular Overcoming' self-help series. The Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre is considered one of the leading clinics in the UK for delivering training in CBT and runs the Oxford University Postgraduate Diploma in CBT
